Melbourne Valuation Update

The Civic MJD Melbourne team have been busy coming into the final few months of 2024. The Melbourne directors and senior valuation team have been assisting several high-profile Melbourne developers with advisory services as well as conducting commercial and specialised valuation assignments. Key services have included:

  • Development Advisory: We have been involved with the valuation and advisory for several of Melbourne’s notable commercial developments, including office building and industrial warehouses projects. Civic MJD have a long history of providing development valuations to be relied on by major banks & boutique lenders and we are well placed to also provide private consulting and advisory work in this space.
  • Commercial & Prestige Residential: Our team have undertaken numerous mortgage valuation assignments over the past couple of months on behalf of some major banks and boutique lenders. Valuations have been within the office, industrial, retail and prestige residential property segments. Our Melbourne team is backed by a national Quality Assurance system ensuring that our banking clients are provided with quality and reliability.
  • Rent Consulting & Determination: Our senior directors have undertaken several complex markets rent consulting assignments. They have also been appointed for the determination of several disputed market rent reviews in the hospitality, movie theatres, hotel and licenced premises property segments.
